I love inspiring people to feel good about themselves. I’m particularly fired up by helping women stay confident and vibrant every stage of their lives.
My message is simple; be colourful, be confident, be yourself—never succumb to beige. My topics cover resilience, navigating life’s twists and turns and personal branding to stay visible.
I believe you can’t let life happen to you—if your ship doesn’t come in, you need to swim out to it. I also believe, like Sophia Loren, mistakes are one of the dues one pays for a full life. Diamonds are, after all, only coals that stuck to the job!

Three Authors Evening at Martinborough Bookshop
Oh my goodness, what a fun event! More than 30 people gathered to hear three local(ish) authors speak about their books, give readings and generally enthral said audience with each of their chosen areas of expertise. The variety of subject matter and the passion of the authors gave the audience an amazing hour of stories, information, research and more stories that kept them there chatting, asking questions, buying books and browsing for a further hour.
